The short version: we sell a subscription, not your data. No ads, no analytics, no trackers, no selling or sharing of anything about you, ever.

What we collect, and why

• The website: nothing. These are static pages. They set no cookies, run no analytics and load no third party scripts or fonts. The site is served by Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard web request logs (IP address, user agent) for the sole purpose of delivering the pages and keeping them online. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
• The Odds Checker extension: the selection names, market and odds of bets already on the betslip you are viewing. These are sent to our lookup server for one purpose only: returning the price comparison you asked the extension to show. No account, no name, no cookies and no identifiers travel with the request. Like any web server, ours sees the requesting IP address in transient logs. We do not build profiles from them.
• The Discord community and payments: we receive your Discord username and your membership status so the right channels unlock. Any payments are processed entirely by Whop. We never see your card or payment details.
• Betslip screenshots (optional): if you choose to send the Discord bot a betslip screenshot, it is processed in memory to read the bets on the slip, sent once to Anthropic's Claude API for that read, and never stored by us. Anthropic does not train on API inputs. Crop screenshots to the betslip so they show nothing you would rather keep private.

What stays on your own device

The extension stores its settings in your browser only: the overlay's position and size, your preferences, and, if you choose one, your Australian state. Your state never leaves your browser. Promo lists arrive unfiltered and are matched to your state on your own device.

The odds page remembers one thing in your browser's local storage: whether you dismissed the install hint. If you install the site as an app, your browser also keeps a local copy of the page shell so it opens fast. Both live on your device only and never leave it.

What we never do

• No browsing history collection, on any page, ever.
• No analytics or advertising trackers, on the site or in the extension.
• No tracking parameters on any link.
• No selling or sharing of data with bookmakers or anyone else.
• The extension never clicks, places or changes anything on a bookmaker page. It only reads the betslip you already built.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies at all, first party or third party, which is why you do not see a cookie consent banner. There is nothing to consent to. If that ever changes, consent will be asked for before any non essential cookie is set.

How long we keep things

We aim to hold as close to nothing as possible. Lookup requests are served from short lived caches and transient server logs that rotate automatically. Discord membership data lives only as long as you are in the server. There is no marketing database.

Your rights, and how to delete your data

We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles, and for visitors from the EU, UK and similar jurisdictions we honour GDPR style rights: access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction and objection.

• Extension data: everything it stores lives in your own browser. Removing the extension from Chrome deletes all of it instantly. Nothing needs to be requested from us.
• Discord data: leaving the server removes your membership records from our bot the next time it prunes. You can also ask in the #support channel and we will delete anything held about you while you stay.
• Payments: billing records are held by Whop under the Whop privacy policy; cancellation and deletion requests for those go through Whop.
• Anything else: ask in the #support channel of the AussiePlan Discord and we will sort it out, usually the same day. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) or your local data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and anything material gets announced in the Discord first.
